The Town of Digby is nestled in the Annapolis Basin near the entrance to the Digby Gut which connects the
basin to the Bay of Fundy, Digby is the home of the Digby
Scallop Fleet and the World famous Digby Scallops also known as the "The Scallop Capital of The World", Digby is the entry point to Digby, Smiths Cove, Bear River, Weymouth, Digby Neck, Long Island, Wedgport/Brier Island, Sandy Cove and many other historical towns,
villiges and coves, local to Yarmouth (est 1hr) and Annapolis
(est 1hr). Arriving from Saint John, NB. via ferry service (crossing approximately 3 hours) you will arrive at the Digby terminal a short 5 minute
journey you will arrive in the Town of Digby.
